Shipping policy
Every custom order is made specifically for the customer. Production and delivery estimates begin after payment and final artwork approval.
Production time
- Standard production turnaround is approximately 2–3 business days after payment and final artwork approval.
- Large, complex, or revised orders may require additional time. HSH will contact you if the expected production date changes.
Shipping time
- Estimated carrier transit time is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package.
- Production and shipping estimates exclude weekends and holidays and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before payment.
Delays and carrier issues
- If HSH cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
- HSH is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier. We will provide available tracking information and help the customer start a carrier inquiry when appropriate.
